There are several things we need to know for every installation. If you haven’t already collected these data points, we will require this info as part of the help process. By having this info ready in advance, you’ll be speeding up and simplifying this process. This info is as follows:

Roof Type

Understanding the material and type of Roof you have is crucial to determine what installation system you’ll need. Don’t know what kind of roof your home has? See the Measuring guide for info.

Horizontal Coverage

You need to know how much horizontal roofline and/or gutter coverage you are looking to protect. Generally, this is the area you want to protect from ice build-up. See the Measuring guide for info.

The Depth of Your Eave

We’ll need to know the depth (in Inches) of your eave. This is how farther edge of your roof protrudes out beyond your external wall. See the Measuring guide for info.

Valleys, Gutters & Downspouts

We’ll need to know if any of these are present, as the may need to be protected. Don’t know what these are? See the Measuring guide for info.
