The following must be true to be eligible for a return:
- Your purchase was made directly from us (this website)
- It has been less than 30 days since your purchase
- The product is undamaged, unused, and in the condition it was when you received it. Heat Tape must be coiled with ties intact.
- The item(s) must be in their original packaging as received, with all components & manuals present
Request Your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
If your return meets the criteria listed above, click here to request your RMA. Once your request is submitted you will be emailed your RMA# and directions on how to proceed with your return. Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise you will be notified whether or not your Return Merchandise Authorization is approved.
All heat tape should be inspected upon receipt and tested prior to installation. If product is ordered more than 30 days prior to planned installation, product should be tested within the 30-day return period. Defective product returns and warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s inspection and determination that the product has a manufacturing defect and is eligible for a return.

If Shipping Costs were Incurred at Purchase
The original shipping, handling, & return shipping fees will not be refunded (unless the return is a direct result of a Radiant Solutions error). It is strongly recommended that when returning the product(s) that you insure the shipment and ship with a carrier that can provide proof of delivery and delivery tracking information. Radiant Solutions Company will not be responsible for products that are lost or damaged during the return shipment.
Received Wrong Items or Quantities
If you received the wrong item in your shipment, or a quantity other than what you ordered, please contact our customer service department immediately. Incorrect item claims must be made within five (5) business days of receipt of the shipment or returns may be subject to denial.
Refused shipments will be treated as a return and may incur a restock charge plus all shipping charges. Radiant Solutions is not responsible for misrepresented shipping addresses or situations where carriers deny shipment for any reason.
If you need to use a specific carrier because of your location or delivery needs, please specify this at time of purchase.
Products Not Purchased Directly from Radiant Solutions
Items purchased at an online marketplace like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or Google Shopping, must be returned where it was purchased. All items are subject to the return policies of the respective sellers.
Damaged or Used Products
Heat Tape that has been uncoiled (zip ties cut) or has some other form of damage incurred by the customer is not eligible for return. Merchandise Return Authorizations will only be approved once it is determined that the product is undamaged and in the condition it was when sold.
Getting My Refund
Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed. Refunds will be attributed to the payment method originally used at purchase. Please allow up to 10 days for your bank to show resolution of funds.
We will notify you when the return process is complete on our end and a refund has been issued by our system.
